What is the origin of the word bubbler instead of water fountain? - bubbler fountain
I know that Wisconsinites are the founders ... They were made by the Kohler Company, is doing a lot of toilets. Apparently it was common thought that the way water is like a soap bubble increased. That's what I mean.

I always thought it was the British origin - from the bubbling noise fountan style, especially older ones do.
It was the mark of a source of drinking water by the company based in Kohler, Wisconsin.
