Can a course of 3 weeks at the University of New York in the summer when I am a Canadian citizen?
The school does not provide a visa and says: "NYU does not issue the I-20 or a student visa in the summer of summer are a full course. So we have, or be able to obtain a visa for you to courses in the United States .
